Real Girl (3D Kanojo: Riaru Garu) Live Action Review [2018]

Hello everyone!
Today, I'm going to write a short review of a live action movie and the title is Real Girl (3D Kanojo: Riaru Garu). This  is a 2018 Japanese movie based on the manga by Mao Nanami.

For the information of the movie, I will link it here.
My review:
So, I watched this last year and re-watched it because I want to make a short review about this live action movie. I've read some volumes of the manga and I enjoyed it a lot. It even becomes one of my favourite shoujo manga and I want to read it until the final volume but I haven't gotten there. So, I know that live action movie will be sort of different from the manga, but I found this adaptation is fun and refreshing. I admire the heroine, Iroha Igarashi. In the manga, she is cool, calm and so beautiful. Meanwhile, in the movie, Ayami Nakajo who played the character is cheerful, playful, and beautiful as well. They are different but I love that! I think Ayami portrayed her character well. She added a cute and fun side of Iroha. Tsutsun, who is portrayed by Hayato Sano, is well-portrayed too. Arisa Ishino (played by Yuri Tsunematsu) and Sumie Ayado (played Moka Kamishiraishi) are adorable too, especially the character Arisa Ishino. Yuri Tsunematsu portrayed her really well. Yuto Ito (portrayed by Yutaro) is so adorable, I can't >,< I only dislike the character Mitsuya Takanashi; I will explain it later.

(Yuri Tsunematsu as Arisa Ishino)

(Moka Kamishiraishi as Sumie Ayado)

(Yutaro as Yuto Ito)

(Hiroya Shimizu as Mitsuya Takanashi)

The plot is easy to follow. The story goes smoothly and will not lead us into a confusion. The conflict is simple but interesting. It is a romance-comedy so there are a lot of funny scenes that are shown. However, there are several scenes that are little bit cringey, in my opinion, especially a scene with Mitsuya Takanishi, that's why I dislike the character in this movie adaptation but remember, it's only my opinion and I only dislike the character, not the actor. I love Hiroya Shimizu. Also, there are a lot of cute romantic scene in this movie between Hikaru and Iroha. And after the half of the movie, we will be given more serious scenes.

Overall, this movie is nice, refreshing and cute. I will give this movie 3,2/5 stars (my rating might be different from other people's rating).
