This becomes one of the best Japanese dramas I've ever watched! The movie version released in 2023, and I thought maybe it's time to start binging the series. To be honest, I have high expectations since the actors and the actresses are considered have big names in Japanese entertainment industry, like Masaki Suda, Sairi Ito, Eita, and the others. And I'm not disappointed.

(Masaki Suda as Totono Kunou, a curly haired student who loves curry🍛)

I find every aspect in this series is very well done, from the casts, the acting, the writing, the mystery, the atmosphere, the pace.

(Matsuya Onoe and Sairi Ito as Yuto Ikemoto and Seiko Furomitsu, respectively)

The acting is superb. I'm impressed by the actors and the actresses. I believe in Masaki Suda, and once again, his acting proves that he is one of the Japanese actors that is very versatile. He can portray extremely smart Totono who also has a pure and sensitive side and Suda can pull the role off very well.

The writing is beautiful. This series also has many life lessons, psychological knowledge, about human, and the writing about each case is memorable and on point as well.

The mystery and the pacing are also the reasons why I love this series so much. Totono is faced by many cases later on (which he dislikes). Although not all mystery is solved within an episode, there is always a cliffhanger in each episode that makes me want more. It is very addictive and I'm glad I watched this series when all the episodes are out. I can't imagine if I needed to wait until the next week when the next episode was out😂

Also, I'm satisfied with the ending even though there is an indication that Totono's story will be continued. I'm also curious about Totono's background story (which only hinted a few times in the series). Maybe the movie will cover that?

(Young Totono, played by Hinata Hiiragi)

If you're looking for a mystery drama that packed with great stories, acting, is fast paced, you're gonna love this one! Please comment down below your opinion about this series or if you have watched the movie one. See you next time!💗

Japanese Movie Review: Even if This Love Disappears from the World Tonight (Konya, Sekai kara kono Koi ga Kietemo) [2022]

If you love torturing yourself by watching sad movies like I do, then you need to watch Even if This Love Disappears from the World Tonight (今夜、世界からこの恋が消えても -native title). (The Movie Poster) I will insert the official Twitter here , and more information on AsianWiki here . Maori Hino (Riko Fukumoto) has retrograde amnesia. She basically will forget everything if she falls asleep. When she wakes up, she reads many signs in her room that tell her to read her diary. Her diary is the only thing that can explain her activities before she was asleep. One day, Toru Kamiya (Shunsuke Michieda), a guy from her school, asks her to be his girlfriend. And Maori said yes. Then the story begins. (Shunsuke Michieda as Toru Kamiya) (Riko Fukumoto as Maori Hino) Reading from the synopsis on AsianWiki and other sources, we already know where the story will go. I mean, isn't it already sad that Maori have to face that situation? There is a fake dating trope in this movie. Yes, at first Maori and Toru
